As a senior consultant and strategist, Hayley Swift has over 20 years experience in the media & marketing landscape with an established network of valued collaborators and suppliers. She is the director and owner of Swift Brown Fox, a consultancy business providing thoughtful and pragmatic marketing & communications strategies to the property and development industry, and a Director of the innovative and fast-growing Place Development team - who are currently focused on delivering The Lodge Wadjemup on Rottnest Island, Perth's first surf park and the 66ha masterplanned community, Kennedy Bay amongst other projects.Hayley leads the marketing & communications strategy for a range of high profile of multi-residential and mixed-use clients in both roles, and on both a B2B and B2C level.Starting her professional life in the publishing industry and, following editorial roles in several WA publishing houses, Hayley became heavily involved in launching the Home & Design series at Scoop Publishing as Managing Editor. Her keen business acumen caught the eye of developer Multiplex, which saw her relocate to Sydney to work on their multi-billion dollar residential, mixed-use and commercial projects for many years. She launched her own consultancy in 2011 with a host of reputable clients and immediately tackled high-level and complex strategic works, including the rebrand of Brookfield Multiplex and BGC Development. Hayley is adept at providing strategic advice in the early stages of a project to ensure an effective communications framework that has longevity and is practical to implement.
