20 years experience delivering best-in-class service and establishing strong relationships with a wide range of clients including leading global hedge funds, financial planners and participants and their stakeholders in the Australian disability sector (National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)).My career began at Westpac (Sydney) as a sales and marketing manager for equity derivative and structured loan products aimed at HNW investors. I worked with financial advisors to develop products to meet the complex needs of their clients, building loan balances and increasing warrant market share from year 1. Knowledge of tailored products formed a strong foundation to work with and meet the demands of hedge fund clients at Credit Suisse Prime Brokerage. Firstly, as a stock loan trader in Tokyo building relationships with hedge funds running a wide range of strategies from Japan/Asia focussed to multi-strategy in order to maximise loan balances.Then, in London as a top performing client executive responsible for seamlessly delivering the Prime Brokering and Delta One offering to platinum hedge funds and winning new business based on the strength of delivery. This involved working with functional areas of the bank to meet clients’ needs in terms of security financing and settlement, asset servicing, and technology and risk management tools to help clients manage risk and monitor their portfolios. Working closely with senior client staff (COO, Operations Managers) to understand their business taking into consideration fund jurisdiction, structure and regulation enabled me to improve operational efficiency, increase ROA and maximise wallet share. In addition, I navigated my clients’ relationship with trading desks and have a track record in cross sales.More recently I have enjoyed establishing Peak Plan Management’s NDIS business in Western Australia. By offering a personalised service to my clients and their team of stakeholders in the disability industry I have assisted participants in the scheme to achieve the most with their funding on their NDIS journey.I am looking forward to using my client service skills and experience across several industries to develop strong and valuable relationships with clients.
