2inspire Academy CIC is an organisation that runs projects in local communities to empower and inspire children, young people and women. It was initially formed by Hazel Chawapiwa and her, then teenage, son, Taurai Ajayi in 2013 to help to empower and guide him and a particular group of young people, they were the board members and assisted in developing and delivering a number of projects to help them focus on what was important for them then and in the future, providing them with access to positive opportunities and role models. The aim was to enable them to make informed decisions, increase their skills and achieve personal targets to become confident active citizens within their communities. In 2015 2inspire Academy became a C.I.C and the work and direction of the organisation now encompasses children, young people and women and intergrated the work of 2inspire Network into its objectives. We aim to be a leader on improving the life chances of these groups on a national level and assist in tackling social issues such as worklessness, anti-social behaviour and demoralised and disenfranchised communities. One of our core objectives is to work in partnership with organisations, community groups, local government and housing associations so as to meet the needs of our target groups.

• I Lead in the Community Development aspect of 4 Homestart Greenwich Children's Centre.• Deputise the Centre Leads and am an active member of the Senior Leadership Team where I contribute to the strategic action planning.• Deliver a programme of services appropriate to the needs of the community in four Children's Centres in the area. • Co-ordinate the work of the Children's Centre Services by managing and co-ordinating staff and partners’ resources to ensure all activities in the programme run smoothly and effectively and are value for money. • Develop ways of reaching and engaging families, children and youth in the Children's Centres.• Promote multi-agency working and integrated delivery of services. • Assist in the implementation of appropriate data collection and evaluation systems and provide effective monitoring and evaluation of all services to report to Royal Borough of Greenwich commissioning team.' Chair the fundraising committee, lead in the planning and organising of fundraising activities and contribute to funding bid applications.
