-Assisted in the grand opening of the flagship store in Woodbridge, Ontario-Responsible for the various tasks in the overall operation of the retail store including measuring business trends, maximizing sales/profitability by developing a staff, controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control-Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis-Learning and Development as well as Performance Management-Succession Planning-Compensation and Benefits-Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, signing standards and monitor inventory levels
