Digital Marketing:• Develop all social media content and generate stories for fundraising and awareness campaigns.• Develop and produce content that is accurate, visually impactful and follow brand guidelines.• Position WWF-Malaysia as the expert in the conservation field and a trusted source of information, as well as the preferred choice for environmental supporters.• Explore and assist with donor acquisition via social media channels.• Explore and promote crowdfunding as a new means for youths to raise funds for conservation.• Track and evaluate success of campaign based on reach, engagement and donors acquired.• Up keeping of website with latest updates and relevant content on marketing-relevant pages.• Improve website’s esthetics within the limits of the CMS.• Improve user experience on digital channels where possible.• Act as liaison between supporters and the organization, respond to inquiries on social media channels and manage customer relationships.• Grow online fan base and supporters.• Expand organizational presence online.Design:• Design promotional materials for online channels EG banners, covers.• Assist in designing print materials for campaign or events EG catalogs, factsheets, infographics, banners, plush toy tags etc.• Liaise with printing companies in producing said materials.• Assist in designing new merchandise items EG t-shirts, badges etc.Others• Assist with youth outreach activities - conduct talks on flagship species or conservation projects and booth setup, which involve raising awareness and selling merchandise.• Contribute to planning and execution of events EG Earth Hour and other smaller scale events.• Merchandise photoshoot for online store.• Assist at events where necessary EG as media liaison, emcee, photographer, helper etc• Assist other units and departments as and when required.
