Presented a sharing session to introduce the guide to a group of 20 hiring managers•Designed a Welcome E-mail as part of improving on-boarding experience•Revised the Interview Assessment and Recommendation for Appointment forms

•Worked closely with Head of Departments in Division of Surgery to fulfil the department’s medical manpower needs•Performed the role of HR contact person for medical staff in Division of Surgery•Managed end-to-end recruitment process to on-boarding for medical staff•Liaised with external parties such as Singapore Medical Council and MOH Holdings to ensure smooth transition of employment (Medical officers to Registrars)•Assisted in monthly medical staff incentive payments and reports•Presented to the HODs to share Employee Climate Survey results•Ensure employees’ records are in place and prepare the team for JCI Hospital Accreditation
