As the VP Operations, Health Services at Back in Motion Rehab, I oversee the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the health services division, which provides a range of rehabilitation programs and services across multiple locations. I work with a talented and diverse team of managers, clinicians, and support staff, and I foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Previously, I held various roles at Back in Motion Rehab, from a physical therapist to a general manager, where I gained valuable clinical and managerial skills and insights.
