-Worked as part of the Gulf Digital Team, assisting and coordinating various marketing activities including social media, content creation and design across various disease areas (Oncology, Diabetes etc.), HR and other communications.-Used content management/ CRM platforms such as Veeva Vault Promomats for marketing campaign management, content tagging and approvals; including CLM, paid media and rep-enabled emails. -Used Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build content such as creating HTML’s, Emailers Creation of Emailers, Canva for content designing, Flyers, Banners, Content Templates, Videos etc. and MS Office for forms, Outlook, PowerPoint presentations and Excel.-Used Social Media Content operational tools such as Khoros and Kapost to track social media performance and analytics and content tagging platforms; Ctap Feedback Applications.-Provided Support for Service Agreements, Agenda and Invite Creation relative to events such as HPV and Diabetes and delivery of social media plans across various marketing channels. -Assisted in the creation of social media reports, use of content timelines and launch of marketing campaigns including GCCPulse, MConnect and Lighthouse and Reaching out to Internal and external stakeholders for content amplification and creation.
