When I'm not doing coaching, I amuse myself by playing around Excel files and using this as a tool to analyze my team's performance. I also enjoy working on macro-enabled excel template that my subordinates can use to help them manage their jobs in an easier and faster manner. I do not want to get bored in the office so I always ask my superiors if there's anything I can do to help, or other tasks they need me to do which they plan to advise me of at a later time if I am done with all the tasks I need to do at my current position.
