Currently heading up the recruitment for the new 500 + contact centre in Sheffield. Actively looking for Contact Centre Managers, Team Managers, Senior Trainers and Coaches. As part of a team of 47 Account Mangers, Resourcers and Administrators the BSkyB Recruitment team delivers an agency style service to its internal clients. Our emphasis was on delivering an efficient and cost effective service, providing the necessary talent for a fast growing organisation. My recruitment projects varied in scale and ranged from the high end recruitment of senior managers to volume recruitment of call centre operatives. Most recent projects included; a modern apprenticeship scheme for school leavers; a highly competitive graduate programme; a 500 person management restructure and redeployment project as part of a company wide effectiveness review.

As the on site Recruitment Officer at Princess Yachts my role was firstly to act as an account manager for all their recruitment needs and secondly to assist them in the development of their recruitment practices and policies and other HR/Training project work. Working on a 12 month project plan that aimed to deliver a complete recruitment solution package to Princess Yachts. Key streams of which included: The implementation of an e-Recruit system; standardised selection tools for every position; Management training; designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Key Achievements • Designed and implemented the company’s Recruitment and selection policy and procedure and Reference Policy• Developed a competency framework in line with the company’s culture and values• Designed, delivered and evaluated an outplacement training package for mangers, delivered over 4 days• Designed and implemented selection tools for shop floor and team leader staff, thatincluded the implementation of trade tests for each position.
