As Materials Scheduler I am responsible for ensuring all planning, ordering and delivery of raw materials is done accurately and on time in line with latest production plans. Ensuring continuous raw material, bought out parts, paint and packaging supply to the site.Maintaining min/max stock targets. Raising purchase orders for regular stock items and bespoke customer requests. Reviewing order confirmations and liaise with suppliers as required Investigate and report any stock inaccuracies. Regular review of stock. Support planning and Supply Chain. Regularly analyse materials. Maintain MRP parameters. Provide administration support. I also action daily supplier arrears reporting and management.

This job role has a vast number of responsibilities. Each shift starts with a plan put out with parts to be made. I quaternate with technicians, team leads and all other departments on what machines to run with specific tools, their run times and quantity’s .Each machine, tool, part and drying process for materials are different and requires you to retain a lot of knowledge.
