CurrentI have worked in most manual work areas throughout the time i have worked here. I am a trained integrated mail processor operator but at the moment i assist my work area manager within the mech area in an admin role with quality in process checks and machine throughput figures and shift reports using excel spreadsheets although if needed i still work on the imps .Over the last 4 years I have resumed my imp duty due to the work area assist role being discontinued but continued to step up as temporary team leader in the area as and when needed .More recently ,due to personal reasons and mental health illness, I have now changed shifts and work in both manual sorting and mech areas of the mail centre .i am now trained on our pkt sorting machine as well as the imps
