Sales and marketing:-In house sales- To plan & execute sales ground activities (SGA) targeting the right areas for external sales. - Managing 3rd party event companies to ensure performance up to standard.- Maintain local PR with local councils, shopping malls (Roadshow event planner) management and related NGO and Government related activities.- Create new accounts and business territories within the designated business focus.- Manage, grow and maintain key corporate or partnership accounts.- Build strong client rapport and relationship with stakeholders at all levels (High, middle and operation levels).- Support the Head of Corporate account Acquisition/ assigned leader in achieving company set target for corporate accounts.Event Management- To work on the outlet opening by brainstorming the event gimmick.- To become the emcee of the event.- To plan for the workflow of the event.Customer services:- Phone call, online inquiry and chatting with customers.- Assist walk in customer.- Handling customers' complaint.- Handling VIP arrival and their needs.- Manage Online Customer service and E-commerce.Operations:- Supervise staffs.- Buyer, outlets maintenance, deal and negotiate with vendors and supplier.- In charge of daily outlet operations, Doctors appointment.- Manage simple Hearing care cases- fine tuning, ear molding ext.- Basic dispensary job and knowledge.- Flow co-ordination for Walk in customers and appointments.
