A business partner to the senior commercial management team, responsible for the fulfilment of all of the business statutory responsibilities in a HR capacity. Overseeing the continuing development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring the commercial interests of the business are maintained. In addition, responsibility for championing, embedding and driving the HR agenda and ensuring its integration into the business planning process.

Supporting the delivery of the HR Function. Coaching line managers to resolve complex people issues. Managing absence and discipline and grievance in line with the HR policies. Managing the recruitment process; placing adverts, conducting interviews, holding inductions and delivering training.

Managing a team of 22 direct reports. Focus of developing capability to support the delivery of KPI's. Managing labour to secure right people, right place, right time. Controlling stock levels to secure product availability. Coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service.
