Hazel creates visuals and videos to help people understand and share complex information. She collaborates with organisations ranging from health and care to sports and business. Her expertise lies in distilling information into easily digestible explainers for both internal and external audiences.

Together with Andy Young, I designed and delivered online and face to face content on leadership and design thinking for over 400 leaders of award winning projects across the world. The programme introduced user-centred design methods to enable the Queens Young Leaders to undertake user-research, project mapping and develop and test innovative ideas. Online content was created in multiple formats and we delivered face to face workshops at the University of Cambridge. The Queen’s Young Leaders Award programme was set up to reward the achievements of 120 inspirational young people each year across The Commonwealth.

Design, development and delivery of Master of Design for Services Course - an innovative postgraduate programme developing knowledge and understanding of the philosophy, tools and methods in Service Design. The programme built upon knowledge transfer between academia and business, public sector and third sector with project partners including NHS Scotland, the Scottish Government, Deutsche Telekom and the Children’s Hospice Association, Scotland (CHAS).Graduates from the course work in Service Design with Aaramis in Saudi Arabia, Tang Innovation in Shanghai and Snook in Scotland.
