Also involved with the maintenance service delivered by carriers and supervise all activities related to AL vehicles maintenance• Working in a close relationship with dispatching team while providing AL quality and safety objectives, also responsible for qualifying and training drivers.• Supporting quality, safety improvement and Industrial Management System compliance through Investigates traffic accident and supply interruption and participates in the development of corrective action plans.• Managing all transportation related maintenance and technical activities, defining, negotiating and managing the transportation maintenance contracts, under supervision of Fleet Manager and the procurement organization.• Minimize truck idle time to the minimum through proper maintenance programs and prompt response to and breakdown / emergency cases• Develop preventive maintenance program for all trucks• Safety Conduct Safety talks & meetings with drivers on a monthly basis Conducting driver qualifications and participate in drivers training.- Operation responsibilities• Receive information from dispatch to create and execute delivering plan by assigning drivers and equipment to routes.
