Our team conducted a detailed analysis of activities and processes; we identified major causes of delay based on statistics and work sessions; reducing their overall process average time by 70%.- Shared Services Center: the client, a global company with presence in over 180 countries identifies the need to centralize their financial processes for the Latin America and Canada. The project included: a Feasibility Analysis to select the best location for a Shared Service Center based on qualitative and cost factors according to their needs; Pricing Strategy using Activity Based Costing, and developed the Business Plan, Chargeback and Tax Strategy along with the tax department.- Revenue Assurance: due to a very complex Information Technology infrastructure, a government company perceives losses of income; therefore it becomes necessary to implement a Revenue Assurance Department. The project includes the definition of their roles, responsibilities, organization and processes as well as the definition, design and implementation of the indicators that will serve as their basic tool.
