Responsible for 300 employees in all HR matters. • Develop and implement leadership training program • Recruting in own area of responsability• Coaching of employees and managers (editor in chefs etc.)• Understand business issues and translate HR and functional business goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results• Assist management and HR Director in designing and implementing changes in organizational structure including implications of restructuring • Respond to management and employee operational inquiries regarding policies, procedures, employee benefits and programs• Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and union representatives• Build effective business relationships within functions to proactively support client needs• Building a performance culture
