- The Workplace Health Planning and Programs team functions to organize, plan, and deliver corporate-wide health promotion campaigns and services to increase health awareness and prevent employee illness and provide support for ministries seeking assistance in shaping their health culture.- My portfolio within the Corporate Health Planning/Workplace Health and Safety Branch involves oversight of the following programs, as well as contract and relationship management with the associated vendors: "Quittin' Time" Smoking Cessation Program; Influenza Prevention Program and annual worksite influenza vaccination clinics; and, a health-centered self-serve digital learning platform.- In addition to these programs, I work collaboratively with my vendors and colleagues on a variety of other health-promotion initiatives, campaigns, and through the development of new service offerings.- from 2019-2023 I managed the Employee and Family Assistance Services (EFAS) portfolio, overseeing the delivery of these services by an external service provider.
