Key Responsibilities and Principal Accountabilities - Forecasting and tracking key account metrics ( NR Target, Trade Spend , MSL and Market Share) - Identifying short and long term growth opportunities and closing them- Responding to client communications or queries- Collecting and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments- Providing technical customer support as necessary- Monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaign- Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have- Attending meetings with clients- Networking with business partners and customers- Presenting business proposals to prospective clients- Identifying and assessing a client’s critical needs- Dealing with buyers, store managers and regional manager of major retail chains- Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers and suppliers- Maintaining tight budget control over expenditure- Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activityAccount Management - Strong consultative selling skills- Experience in working across functions to improve customer service- Able to manage time and projects effectively- Persistent and skilled at negotiating- Developing relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders- Maximizing brand exposure

• Responsible for meeting daily production targets on Desktops, Notebooks & Servers- in line with set SLA as agreed with Customers incl. all branches• Manage stock accuracy to ensure all stock levels is checked on a daily basis, incl. the picking of orders are done in set time as per SLA agreed with Customers• Implement systems to improve process flow. This lead to further improvements and maximizing of efficiency thru out the factory floor. In result this also lead to huge amount of cost saving. (Intel MSP program assisted us with their top System Engineers in Turkey to ensure our conveyer system ran on its full capacity as required.)• Ability to effectively interact and coordinate with the relevant technology suppliers and product vendors• Ensure that effective communication channels are established and maintained with technical staff working in your technology environment across the various divisions and functional areas. This includes the sharing of operational and technical knowledge, best practice technical expertise and specific process and procedure improvements.• Conduct regular reviews and audits to measure and report the level of compliance to technology standards, processes and procedures for the technology standards, processes and procedures for the technology for which you are responsible.• Report findings to the appropriate Service & Product Manager.• Facilitate and monitor rectification plans if deviances were detected.• Continues exploration of innovative possibilities to improve the effectiveness of operational service delivery across the customer base.
