Leading a project to insource mainframe operational services into Nordea, managing 5 highly skilled Project Managers.Heading the transition of IBM zSystems and HP NonStop operations to be transitioned 'home' to Nordea or to any of the competent platform vendors.Focusing on services, processes, knowledge, documentation - operations in the broadest sense of the word. In scope: 120+ FTE.Relying on support from facilities, security, networks, service management, and other specialized tracks of this programme.On time and with agreed quality my operations track transitioned all IBM zSystems services back into Nordea after many years of full outsourcing. It required experience, overview, and perseverance to manage technical and non-technical services, keeping them aligned to reach the target date in sync. With a great deal of relationship management, information and communication, and a good theoretical foundation this has been a challenging and yet at the same time an easy task.Have successfully (on schedule and quality) transitioned HP NonStop services using a high focus on services in and out of scope, using my experience with operations organisations to challenge peers and counterparts. After the transition I have delivered extensive aftercare to ascertain a successful end product.This assignment will terminate completely according to plan by the end of January 2016.
