As the Global Programs Director, I shaped and led the strategy for how the global learning arc existed in the curricular and co-curricular facets of the school experience. I collaborated with faculty and administrators in the design and development of school's annual Global Week Program and Global Investigator Trips for Juniors. Highlights:*Collaborated with Academic Council, Academic Administration and faculty to embed a global curriculum in the grade 6-12 academic program in an effort to deepen that academic experience for 415 girls.*Developed relationships and partnership schools and organizations in China, India, Guatemala and Kenya to co-design curricular programs and projects with teachers and students. *Led the concept design and implementation “Global Weeks,” all-school learning opportunities for global issues to raise awareness, compassion, and engagement in students throughout the year.*Led faculty in developing and setting standards for international travel experiences for students.*Mentored and coached faculty on academic technology projects for classroom learning.*Mentored the Upper School Student-led Green Team which organized the first Bay Area High School Sustainability conference in 2012 that reached 70 students and professionals in a day of learning with field experts.

As a Project Manager/Instructional Designer for a small e-learning studio, I worked with clients to produce interactive, web-based instructional courses on topics such as company policies, software features, and global employment law for Fortune 500 companies. At any given time, I oversaw the budgets for multiple projects, worked with contract and off-shore developer teams to produce digital learning products, and ensured that the client's expectations and design requirements were met.

Managed a team and directed an interdepartmental group to produce an engineering design competition for students, parents, teachers and volunteers (2003 event attendance: 1350). Highlights:*Implemented an Industry Advisor Program in which 25 science and engineering professionals were recruited, screened, trained, and matched into schools to lead 28 student teams.*Developed partnerships with local youth organizations like The Boys and Girls Club and Mathematics, Engineering and Science Achievement, resulting in a 50% increase in minority student participation between 2002 and 2003. techchallenge.thetech.org

*Worked closely with the Tech Challenge Manager to improve the Tech Challenge competition and engage the museum and the local community in the program.*Created, organized and delivered weekend engineering design workshops and device prototype testing sessions for teams and advisors.

*Designed and developed Internet courses as a member of the IT Learning Group.*Developed prototypes for testing and modification and produced final courses using Flash and the Outstart Evolution.

Taught discovery based physics and chemistry curricula, and created my own database tool for sharing feedback with students.

Managed a team of ten in intensive, full-time community service projects, oversaw the relationship development of the team's corporate sponsor, and coodinated with our community partners.
