Senior Project Manager for Kaiser Permanente SCAL (Nov 2020 - May 2021) - Directed multi-million dollar project for one of Epic’s largest clients to overhaul the patient and staff software experience at all urgent care sites (24) in the region. Assembled ~30 person team, set/tracked deadlines, updated stakeholders. Managed design,development, testing, training, and deployment of the full solution. New functionality included the Epic Urgent Care Module, On My Way, eArrival, Express Check-In, and NextGen Member Facing Dashboard.Population Health Product Manager - Directed technical initiatives for an industry leader in populationhealth. Designed and built integration tools for clinical care coordination and decision support,greatly improved automation for health system/ACO reimbursement submission process.

Technole is a Recognized Student Organization at Florida State University focused on teaching and contributing to technology in the Tallahassee area. As Vice President I looked over all branches of the organization including marketing, community outreach, LyteHacks, HackFSU, hackathon travel, Study Sesh, and whatever else our impressive members wanted to create. This role allowed me to sharpen my management skills as well as work with some of the most talented students at FSU.

HackFSU is a hackathon hosted by students at Florida State University. I, along with a small team, founded the event, the first of which was held in April of 2014. I have worked to find upwards of $25,000 from sponsors, engaged in outreach to maximize attendance, and I was the initial developer of our website: hackfsu.com. This experience has shown me first hand what it is like to throw a major event - something that is not done easily.

I worked as a Business Analyst for a development team under Rules Guidance Exchange. Our team worked on a redesign for an internal Business Rules Management Tool. My role on the team was to maintain contact with our product owner and prototype the product in order to ensure the fulfillment of requirements. I would then relay that information back to others on my team for continuation.I also created Humana's first ever intern hackathon which involved leading a planning team to make sure the event was coordinated properly. The interns produced multiple projects that gained interest throughout the company. The event was a major success and was continued after I left the organization.

Technole is a Recognized Student Organization at The Florida State University focused on making computer programming a social and interdisciplinary experience. There is also a strong entrepreneurial and start-up focus. I am a member who works on projects, as well as an officer. My position as an officer during my sophomore year was to produce quality media content for use in group outreach.
