I am multi-functioning as a customer service representative with a focus in supply. I am in constant interaction with our sales representatives and supply manager assisting our customers with set up and allocation needs. In my supply emphasis, I monitor millions of gallons, hustle for Gross Product Overrides (GPOs) and make detailed reports on a daily, monthly and annual basis based off that data. Some daily tasks include daily reporting on supply, GPOs, customer loading codes, carrier set ups, dispatching delivery loads, and troubleshooting to benefit our fast-paced Commercial Team. Since October 2021, I have been functioning as the Account Manager for our IL/WI/MO territory. Along with my CSR duties, I supply 24/7 service to those customers in regards to new products, terminals, saving loads, and searching for new prospects.
