Current- Lead a team of 9 Account Executives in the Mid-Market segment supporting customers across Canada- Provide ongoing coaching to AEs leveraging tools such as Gong- Develop and facilitate weekly training sessions for AEs, with an emphasis on leveraging data and analytics, and employer branding- Responsible for roughly $4MM per quarter / $16MM per year- Consistently maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline management- Finished as the Top Mid-Market Team in Q1 2024, Q3 2023, Q1 2023, Q2 2022, Q3 2021, Q1 2021- Assembled and led a team to develop and launch a post-sale process for Employer Branding- Created a tool to identify inefficiencies in the recruitment advertising and interview funnels and calculate cost per hire to provide customers with a data-based approach to hiring- Piloted a new “winback” team successfully over 2 quarters, leading to a full-scale launch of this segment in Canada
