Developed and established new IT policies which defined acceptable, effective and efficient use of IT assets within the company. Fulfilled administrative responsibilities including the addition and changes to user desktop and email. Installed and configured servers in addition to facilitating backup and restoration using Symantec Ghost. Upgrading component firmware and handing installation of other peripherals. Actively provided desktop, configuration and phone support for software and hardware. Carried out full installation of routers and cabling for routers, switches and new workspaces. Developed both internal and external Websites for the both the company and the company’s clients. Assessed and implemented web based solutions for groups non-conversant with ICT.
