Recruitment in the Accounting and Finance Industry.

This was a technology division start up for an existing administrative staffing group. Started this division with the VP of the company and developed the database and candidate network that we had from scratch along with the recruiting processes.

This is a position that I started with 2 other recruiters in the back offices of their admin staffing group AppleOne. @Tech is an international organization with little in the way of guidelines or metrics. We had to form these metrics with the VP out of the Arizona branch that spent much time in our offices training.

This was my first introduction into the IT and recruitment industries. I learned a lot from the "headhunters" here on how to find passive candidates.
