An Industrial Engineer from the National University of Colombia with a double bachelor and a masters degree in innovation and project management at the ENSGSI of France. During my masters research project, I developed a theoretical framework on competence development for the middle management of a design organization and during my internship at Enel, I performed an exploratory data analysis to understand data behavior and improve the decision making process of talent development and training.
