1. Responsible for supplier quality management, conduct root cause analysis for the quality issue from supplier, push supplier working on the improvement, and following up improvement activities from supplier, make sure the corrective actions are effective.
2. Responsible for the annual audit to the supplier, graded supplier according to the company’s quality system, following up audit findings and push supplier conduct corrective actions, and also check corrective effectiveness.
3. Responsible for the process audit regarding to the key product, checking supplier’s related quality document and process, whether they can satisfy product’s technical and quality requirement or not. Following up audit findings and checking supplier corrective activities’ effectiveness.
4. Monitor supplier product lot incoming reject yield, if the reject yield out control, initial supplier development program, focus on top defect running improvement projects, set up monitoring method and improve target, review improve activities regularly, and improve product yield; 
5. Responsible for new supplier development, take evaluation on the new supplier, provide quality documentation and instruction to new supplier, make sure supplier understand Amkor’s system and following Amkor’s requirement;
6. Regarding to the technical or quality issue which related to the supplier, I’m responsible for coordinate with supplier for working arrangement according to the team decision, and also responsible for running analysis on the test raw data, in order to get improvement on the quality or technical aspect; 
7. Support team leader with important customers complain, coordinate all kind of work with supplier, collect data and arrange test, running data analysis for the 8D report. 
8. Responsible for maintain company’s related quality document, product incoming inspection working instruction, and also running regularly training to the inspector.

1.Responsible for suppliers on site working management, ensure the goal of supplier’s job following AT&S’s target. 
2.Set up and maintain “Communication platform” with supplier, responsible for process trouble shootings, new functions application workflow, Software update protocols, review regularly with supplier following jobs schedule. 
3.Weekly review department yield performance, analysis defect categories, review PPM and root cause, give instruction to engineer’s improvement activities. 
4.Set up and review process incoming and outgoing inspection record, collect and analysis data feedback to responsible department for improvement. 
5.Responsible for qualification of supplier’s new technologies and new specification ensure those modification or updates following AT&S target and goals. 
6.Responsible for new equipment qualification, ensure the performance of new line satisfy product’s requirement. 
7.Regularly running internal audit and improvement activities. 
8.Take care customer’s complain and related return product, analysis root cause and seeking for improvement opportunities. 
9.Responsible for department trouble shootings. 
10.Good with Minitab and Microsoft office software，familiar with 6 sigma principle and well trained of 6 sigma program.

1.Daily management of production line, include worker assignment, cost control. 
2.lead the process team and train operators become good skilled workers, qulify operator, maintain the process ensure it's stable. 
3.Handle the surface defect of product, familiar and solved many defect, good understanding of how the defect can effect PCBA assemble process. 
4.Responsible of Solder Mask process, daily production bussniess,qualify new equipment and optimize the process parameter. handle the troubleshooting. 
5.In charge of TDR room, familiar with polar equipment and it’s software system, and analysis after test. 
6.I have been trained the 5 tools of Automotive industry internally.
