Bread and cakes are my favourite food since I was child, in that period there was not variety kinds of deserts, ingredients were simple, very nature. Now a days we have different kinds of choice. The reason I started to baking was very simple, I like to eat bread and cake, so I started to learn it. After many times practice, when my family and friends praise my skill, that boost my confidence. Also, I like the smell of baking staff come out of the oven. The intoxicating smells that slowly engulf the room and then linger well after the baking is complete. I believe these are the things that fuel my passion.
