In 2005 I started work at a electric coop. Worked in that field from 2005 until 2017. In that time I worked ice storms, tornadoes and hurricanes all over the United States and all times of the night. So I’m use to working long hours and away from home. In 2017 I felt I needed a change and was approached with a opportunity to work for Xylem Inc. There I troubleshoot pumps, set jobs up, fused HDPE pipe along with other duties. Some jobs I worked alone and some I would go help others so as a team we could get the job done as quick and safe as possible.In 2019 I was again given the opportunity to start something that seemed to be great opportunity . And get back to the electric field. Something that I’ve always been passionate about. But this time a completely different side of it. And that’s when I joined Pike Engineering team. I worked for Pike for a little over 3 years. I lot has happened during that time. I felt it was time for me to be home more and not on the road every week. With that being said I started working for Entergy on 9/12/22. I so glad to be back home everyday and I know my family is as well.
