What drives me is knowing the research I am doing will have an impact on the decisions my clients make for their brands.Since graduating from the University of Georgia's masters program in marketing research, I have been heavily ingrained in the supplier side of the marketing research industry, which has allowed me to combine my academic training in marketing research with my passion for new technologies to develop actionable insights for the clients that I am privileged to work with.Throughout my career, I have had the fortunate opportunity to be involved from beginning to end in all phases of marketing research projects. This includes helping clients to define their research needs and decision-making process all the way through to the final presentation of study results. The ultimate goal is to give clients the answers they need to make sound business decisions.I have extensive experience designing, programming, analyzing, reporting, and presenting the results of MaxDiff Analysis, TURF, Discrete Choice, Adaptive Choice Based Conjoint, Traditional Conjoint, Creative Ad Testing, Branding / AA&U, Packaging Testing, Prediction Markets, and Online Metaphor Elicitation. While Quantitative methods are my primary area of expertise, I take pride in combining Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies to deliver integrated stories for maximum effect. In addition, I am skilled at managing teams throughout the research process in terms of defining objectives, allocating workflows, and providing the appropriate resources so that we all are in the best position to achieve our shared goals.I am technologically savvy, with experience using a variety of applications including Sawtooth Software's Lighthouse Studio (the best survey software on the planet), Wincross, Q, and SPSS. I have considerable skills in Excel, and have successfully used it to convert study data into market simulators and heat maps, which make advanced methodologies like Conjoints more useful and impactful for clients. While not an expert, I'm literate in HTML, CSS, Unverified Perl, JavaScript, and general syntax principles. At the end of the day, these are just some of the many tools necessary to execute and impact. As a researcher, I embrace the need to continuously learn new technologies and methods.
