Duties involved forward planning, budgeting, implementing business plans, staff training, recruitment and ensuring that as a business the store thrived. Noteworthy is the fact that prior to my time there the store was worryingly under budget and routinely not achieving targets. I ensured that targets were met and exceeded and after the UK breakup of the business my store was one of the very few that remained open.
