Already having a solid growing reputation in the industry, I was reeled into St. Jude Medical as a Therapy Development Specialist II in 2007, coordinating and supervising logistics operations for the Therapy Development group. Due to my diligent work ethic and result-delivering nature, I was promoted as the Senior Clinical Instructor responsible for developing and implementing training programs designed to improve organizational performance and overall usability of capital equipment systems in clinical use. Research studies included both GLP and non-GLP protocols, based on rodent, porcine, canine, ovine, and caprine species. Study involvement varied from acting as a technician advisor and protocol authoring, to hands on as a monitoring technician in the procedure room.
