(Contract from Dean Group from May 2021 to March 2022)I have developed the board level tests with a new ATE test system for Genie Nano variants camera sensor board and interface board tests, created the configuration file based on fixture and camera boards schematics to connect the UUT to the test fixture, updated C# DLLs and Python scripts, and built test sequence packages with NI Test Stand and XML.I have worked on test capacity improvement for digital cameras board level tests and achieved significant test time reduction and test capacity improvement for Linea Camera Link (CL) and GigE variant cameras which are the highest volume products for Dalsa. I have taken ownership to transfer board level tests for all products from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and completed the transition ahead of schedule. I have also optimized the camera assembly level functional and optical tests with NI TestStand to improve test yields.

I have performed failure analysis (FA) for field-returned digital cameras, located defects caused by components, design, and manufacturing processes, and generated FA reports.
