About Heather Hebert

I am passionate about bringing peace of mind to people who struggle with money, so I established Financial Stability Experience so I can reach the people who need it most. I love coaching and counseling individuals and families on how to reshape their ideas about money so they can finally feel in control of their financial life and relax. With FSE, I work one-on-one with clients to establish a realistic budget, teach them to make adjustments and track expenses, prioritize financial goals, repay debt, and put their savings to work. I also blog and share financial tips and information through the FSE website and social media.I am working on my Master's Degree in Family Financial Planning and I plan to get my Accredited Financial Counselor (R) certification soon as well. I also love learning on my own time about financial independence and how normal people can take back their power by taking responsibility for their future financial needs.

    Completed Financial Comptroller training at Keesler AFB, MS and graduated with Academic Excellence March 2018, then stationed with the 319th CPTS at Grand Forks AFB, ND in July 2018, where I have taken leading positions with both relocation and business travel programs. Led 9 briefings weekly for PCS/relocation making members aware of their pre- and post-travel finances. Lead Defense Travel Agent (LDTA) for the Defense Travel System (DTS) throughout a major website overhaul, keeping track of new site glitches and training other members for each work-around while each update fixes some and creates more. Developed and maintained deployed pay entitlements tri-fold and began regular distribution to deploying members, decreasing the number of rejected vouchers and travel card late payments, and decreasing the workload for my colleagues. I led the Customer Service team with front desk, phones, and emails, and helped to train my colleagues on CS demeanor, sincere interactions, etc. We averaged 20-40 walk-in customers per week with an additional 50-70 inbound calls per week. Daily management of accountability for 2 squadrons(approximately 1000 people), coordinating emergency response for injuries and other threats, and coordinating vehicle dispatch for appointments for all members of the squadron. Completed Basic Military Training and Aircrew Fundamentals, graduated DLI with an associates in Pashto-Afghanistan, and passed the DLPT with a score of 2+,2,2.
