Operations Manager
Current- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational success of the NNCTC.
- Provide oversight and management of all assigned Contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished in workoverload situations.
- Ensured timely completion of administrative duties.
- Ensured consistent administration and enforcement of company policies.
- Planned and coordinated the activities of the assigned Contractor employees.
- Engaged in meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the COR and the NNCTC Government personnel to discuss projectactivities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
