Associate Director, Interoperability Agile Practice
CurrentThis role is responsible for establishing an Agility Center within the Interoperability organization. It is accountable for championing, governing, scaling and measuring success of agile processes within Interoperability. To achieve this, the role develops and grows a team of RTEs, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches across a global workspace.The Associate Director defines and steers the Interoperability organization’s agile transformation strategy. It serves in the role of Agile Coach through supporting, training and mentoring across the organization and externally. It establishes a mature and healthy software development working environment and provides continuous improvements in operational capabilities to optimize efficiency.In addition, this role champions to clearly define guidelines such as DoD, SM, PM and PO qualifications and responsibilities. It collaborates with executive leaders on portfolio governance for Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other agile processes to facilitate the start or stop of teams based on investment decisions. It facilitates organizational learning, change management and process adoption of Agile via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, and retrospective findings.
