This role is responsible for establishing an Agility Center within the Interoperability organization. It is accountable for championing, governing, scaling and measuring success of agile processes within Interoperability. To achieve this, the role develops and grows a team of RTEs, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches across a global workspace.The Associate Director defines and steers the Interoperability organization’s agile transformation strategy. It serves in the role of Agile Coach through supporting, training and mentoring across the organization and externally. It establishes a mature and healthy software development working environment and provides continuous improvements in operational capabilities to optimize efficiency.In addition, this role champions to clearly define guidelines such as DoD, SM, PM and PO qualifications and responsibilities. It collaborates with executive leaders on portfolio governance for Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other agile processes to facilitate the start or stop of teams based on investment decisions. It facilitates organizational learning, change management and process adoption of Agile via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, and retrospective findings.

This position facilitates and aligns across multiple agile teams including Product Owners, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters and the Program Team to iteratively and incrementally deliver value. It acts as a catalyst for change by making the evolving processes work for the entire team, and it acts as the servant leader for aligned teams by creating an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and high-performance. The position shares learnings with a community of like-minded agile leaders to accelerate the company's agile transformation, and it drives the implementation of various frameworks in order to focus on value, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement of assigned teams. It performs complex work necessitating the ability to solve problems and issues of diverse scope by drawing from extensive prior experiences and knowledge of best practices.This role spearheads the agile transformation for its org with a coaching-up mindset. It teaches, mentors and coaches teams and Product on emerging agile, lean and XP methods by raising teams' self-awareness and behavioral patterns while guiding continual improvement. It teaches agile techniques and concepts to the larger organization.

In addition to managing the direction of all marketing functions within the company, this position is the gatekeeper of all communication and pieces that exit the company. It develops and oversees the marketing strategies, projects and event coordination. The position travels as needed to build and nurture incremental relationships to the company.This position oversees the scrum teams and development work for all internal projects. It serves as the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint and ensures the teams are fully deployed and not idle. It acts as a buffer between the scrum teams and Product Owner to maintain a positive work environment by helping with conflict resolution. As such, it works closely with the Product Owner to translate epics, stories and other items on the sprint list.

It ensured marketing goals are aligned with each of the individual marketing goals of the venture partner members and provides marketing communications support for all partners with the objective of increasing awareness of IPAP. It was responsible for developing the company's annual business plan with the Vice Presidents and President in addition to managing human resources related taks. The primary responsibilty of this position was to increase marketing monies.The scope of the position was to manage all marketing functions within the structure of IPAP including advertising, promotions and market research. It was responsible for marketing and public relations activities—both external and internal—and overseeing the market research and media relationships. As such, it continued to act as the gatekeeper for all communications within IPAP as well as among its distributors, suppliers and owning members. In addition to all marketing and PR responsibilities, this position developed the processes and metrics that supported the achievement of the organization's business goals. It assisted and advised company managers about human resources issues as well as worked to successfully brand the company both internally and externally to retain employees and attract new talent.In this position it was required to travel to events and conferences to build relationships with partners and educate clients on products and brands.

This position led all marketing functions within the structure of IPAP including advertising, promotions and market research. I was responsible for marketing and public relations activities—both external and internal—and oversaw the market research and media relationships. As such, I acted as the gatekeeper for all communications within IPAP as well as among its distributors, suppliers and owning members. I was responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all of IPAP’s marketing strategies, projects and campaigns, marketing material and enhancing the IPAP website. I also developed the annual IPAP Business plan side by side with the Vice Presidents and President. Additionally, I aided in project management for all new and ongoing feasibility studies.As the Director of Marketing, I oversaw the development and implementation of support materials and services pertaining to marketing, communications and public relations and direct various staff members on such pieces. In this position I traveled to events and conferences as the face of IPAP to build relationships with partners and educate clients on products and brands.

This position with IPAP grew to encompass virtually all of the Marketing and Public Relations for the company. On a day to day basis I worked to coordinate clear, concise communication not only within IPAP but among its distributors, suppliers and five competing Venture Partners. As the Marketing Manager, I acted as a gatekeeper for all communications, public relations work and marketing. From graphic design and POS to designing and authoring weekly and quarterly newsletters, my position within the company was the primary resource for all marketing efforts in executing the IPAP sales and marketing strategy.Throughout my tenure at IPAP I consistently worked directly with the President on various project management tasks. My position planned, developed and implemented all marketing projects and campaigns as well as remained heavily involved in new and ongoing feasibility studies. I traveled to attend various sales and marketing conferences as well as to marketing and promotional events as the company's public relations representative to educate and increase brand awareness. In addition, was responsible for developing IPAP's annual sales and marketing plan.
