I use my wealth of experiences and skills to make other people and businesses the best they can be. My objective is to make life better for as many people as I can whether it be changing how compliance is approached in businesses to make it work for staff as well as customers, providing education and training to allow others to feel confident in their ability to handle compliance and other legal matters or to help those who have a passion for teaching others to become better trainers. Conflict resolution is also a long standing skill I take pride in and truly enjoy being able to help mediate conflicts or even find ways to avoid them from happening in the first place.
