I manage the monthly commission payment process for roughly 47 UGIES Sales Reps and over 300external consultants. I serve as the point person for commission related inquiries from UGIESpersonnel and I also coordinate with Sales and Marketing in setting up new consultants, review existing agreements and analyze revenue factors by consultant. I manage the process of data gathering, consolidation, calculation of complex sales commissions and system integrity.

Responsible for forecasting, scheduling and confirming the receipt of natural gas to our customer’sutilities in markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Scheduling activity which entails working closely with our physical gas trading group, pipelinecoordinators, sales, outside counterparties and internal accounting. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge and proper execution of utility operating rules andtariffs.
