This person drives the enrollment process, procedures and… Show more November 2019 to presentSummary:The Director of Enrollment Management and Partnerships develops and implements strategic, innovative, and effective recruitment and enrollment plans to meet or exceed enrollment targets for the youth exchange portfolio, which includes Experiment in International Living and the U.S. Government (USG) funded youth portfolio, including but not limited to the IYLEP and Youth Ambassadors programs. This person drives the enrollment process, procedures and communication with domestic and international partners, field staff, students, and parents while overseeing a complex team managing multiple admissions portfolios. This person manages communication and collaboration with other World Learning departments (programming, operations, philanthropy, marketing/communications (MARCOM), accounts receivable and IT) and works to improve the experience of applicants and incoming students. This person advises the Divisional Vice President (DVP) on the annual operational budget of about $1.5M/year and revenue projections and directs the scholarship awarding strategy and process of $1M+ per year for Experiment programs. This person also initiates new business for The Experiment and youth exchange portfolio, including but not limited to: “custom” group travel and professional development programs.
