I'm responsible for shipping/receiving, ordering of all coffee and office supplies, answering the phone and directing calls, maintaining clean meeting rooms. Distributing invoices and mail. Ordering the catered meals for meetings, the booking of the meeting rooms. Ordering taxis for vistors.

Responsible for the schedules, motivation, accuracy, and training of a team of 45 interviewers.Correcting and inputting of corrected data for the survey.Keeping track of all the hard copies of survey.As well as dealing with escalated calls, and the scheduling of the inbound call staff relieving the site manager.

Reconciling of past due accounts.Suspension of past due accounts, communicating with our 3rd Party Collection Agency.Sending and receiving of encrypted files.Crediting accounts, where it was the fault of the company.Assisting with the call overflow of the inbound customers service calls.
