• Researches Unmatched Disbursements (UMDs) using WAWF, PIEE, EDA, CEDMs, SCRT, MOCAS, SDW, DCAS, and OBIEE. • Consults with the Budget Analysts (BA), Financial Managers (FM), and DFAS to identify and resolve UMDs in the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), an Oracle-based financial application. • Updates the UMD tracker using SharePoint with the status of each assigned invoice, information gleaned through research, and then attaches supporting documentation such as travel and cargo rate vouchers for future reference. • Receives contracts, checks to make sure all information is accurate, and inputs contracts into DAI in order to obligate funding. • Coordinates with BA or Contract Specialist to fix contract if missing info or needs clarification• Inputs incoming MIPR information in SharePoint and DAI O2C to generate Form DD 448-2s accepting incoming funds.• Craft, collaborate, and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Obligation team and for ManTech in order to facilitate onboarding new hires to the financial contract.

• Allocated and budgeted funds in DAI at the Program level for key efforts. • Prepared budget graphs, charts, and reports. • Provided the initial reviews of funding documents (MIPRs/PRs) and forwarded the completed documents to the Comptroller. • Prepared and processed funding documents. • Analyzed and evaluated funding requirements for technology efforts to ensure funding profiles were maintained. • Provided all QA functions for funding documents by checking each individual field in the prepared PRs against the corresponding reference information in DAI and OBIEE. • Researched and procured obligating documents from EDA and also from Business Financial Managers (BFMs) and outside Agencies. • Reviewed all obligating documents for accuracy and completeness by comparing the data from the obligating document to the original commitment data from the PR before submitting the obligating document to the Obligation Clearing House. • Used Oracle BI 12c and the OBIEE web-based application to provide management with detailed status of individual programs. • Used DAI and Monitor to track internal and external technical documents. • Worked with government stakeholders and Oracle specialists to tailor the DAI system to DARPA’s specific financial needs. • Assisted in creating a SharePoint site providing DAI updates and training information to over 400 end users. • Was one of a small group of Analysts asked to be a test user of the DAI system and later the R12 version of DAI, providing input about the system and any QA/QC issues. • Represented the office in DAI planning meetings and reported back to the financial team including the ADPM. • Was one of the first trained in the DAI system and became a trainer. • Provided periodic DAI and technical office update correspondence to the financial team and financial BFMs as well as maintaining training tools and documents that were then posted on the SharePoint site. • KGS Employee of the month October 2015.

• Researched Army history, wrote and edited official Army documents, and generated and maintained Excel spreadsheets benchmarking museum education programs and resources. • Created education program templates using PowerPoint while conducting and transcribing oral history interviews with Army veterans and their families. • Produced storylines for museum exhibits. • Represented the National Museum of the U.S. Army at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) conference in Washington, DC; the American Association of Museums (AAM) conference in New Orleans, LA; and the Oglala Lakota Veterans of Foreign Wars Powwow on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. • Completed a certificate course for Museum Acquisition Law through George Washington University.
