During the roll out of Home Security services at TELUS, my primary role was as a conduit between the program and field delivery teams. Through my interaction with the Program Team and Field Managers, my focus was to ensure our technicians had current knowledge, training, and inventory needed to provide our customers with excellent service. As with any new service roll out, the environment was highly dynamic and required timely communication throughout the channel to ensure new issues were rapidly identified and resolved.

Working within the Resource Management team, I was responsible for a variety of programs, projects, and initiatives focused on providing excellence in service delivery to our consumer and small business customers. Among my accomplishments, I developed the first Flexible Work Styles program for front line team members, negotiated and managed a major work space redevelpment and move for multiple TELUS teams with state of the art technology, and a Career Development program for our deployment team.
