-Preflight Jobs before being submitted to Production Department-Write-up jobs within a timely manner and coordinate with Production manager-Preparing print materials to be shipped out via UPS or FEDEX throughout the country and Internationally-Communication amongst different clients in regards to their specific jobs within the Shop.-Assist in Production with various jobs -Wire- Binding, Saddle-stitching, score and assemble brochures-Prepare quotes clients may need-Send Invoices to Accounts payable departments

-Design Templates based on Clients Needs.-Develop Existing Templates for weekly Ads-Build, proof, and release Multiple Ads under Tight Deadlines by Demonstrating excellent Time management Skills and building working relationships with Clients.-Retouch and edit pictures based on Clients request.

-Preflight Jobs before being submitted to Pre-Press Department.-Coordinating jobs with the Director of Customer Service.-Communicating with all Companies in regards to prepare files for press on a Daily Basis.-Preparing press material to be shipped out to vari0us Agencies throughout the United States-Preparing Standard rate & Data to Submit Dupe Material to various Publications.-Coordinate Large Format printing with our Large Format Manager.-Making Sure all material is ordered and Available when the job is arrived-Communication amongst different clients in regards to their specific jobs within the Shop.-Approving color on Press with the Head Pressman on a Daily Basis.-Coordinate with the Pre-press Manager to assure particular jobs were completed with the time available.-Working Directly with the Caps Group Retouchers to acquire the best possible retouched images.-Creating FPO’s, Data Collections, & Outputting Final Proofs.-Preparing Powerpoint files for Client Presentations.
