- Supporting professional counselling colleagues to provide a safe, confidential service to students and staff.- First point of contact responsible for managing appointments, advising students, parents, and staff in person, by phone and email often in emotional distress- Responsible for initial screening process, scoring assessment forms and highlighting particularly high-risk cases to the senior team.
