I was raised in London and currently live in Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, where I’m writing my first novel and (slowly) learning Italian. My passions include fiction writing/editing, cooking, personality psychology, and Renaissance history.With over 7 years of experience in People roles, I am passionate about leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to drive meaningful results. I truly believe that bringing a creative lens to problem-solving, especially in a traditionally rigid profession such as HR, helps us build more engaged, adaptable, and high-performing teams.As a developmental fiction editor, I ask, "What are you trying to achieve with this character, theme, or plot line?" In the workplace, this approach translates into helping managers and People teams see the big picture, align, and work backwards to achieve each little step that gets us to the goal.
