Among my accomplishments, I have:➥ Developed 360-degree strategies and policies to enhance productivity, improve employee retention, maximize revenue potential, and eliminate roadblocks to growth.➥ Routinely assessed organizational needs and developed actionable strategies to meet those needs.➥ Serve as Lead HR officer to administer a suite of critical HR functions, including: employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, talent management, DE&I, employee engagement, payroll, compensation and benefits, and onboarding. ➥ Coordinated all logistics to related to high-profile conferences and events.➥ Managed regular accounting audits; passed all audits for four consecutive years.➥ Scaled the number of employees by 150% throughout tenure; developed key strategies to attract top talent, address performance gaps, and engage employees.➥ Ensured all staff were onboarded, trained, supported, and optimally positioned to deliver maximum value for FCR. ➥ Led a seamless transition to digital WFH platforms; developed virtual conferences for 1K+ attendees.➥ Scaled AR to $4MM+ despite pandemic challenges; on track to achieve $5.1MM in annual revenue for FY 2022.➥ Introduced a lean operating model to keep costs at a minimum.➥ Transitioned to a new HRIS system (Bamboo) in 2021; realized $1,200+ in annual cost savings.➥ Transitioned to a new accounting firm and negotiated $15,000 lower annual fees.
