At BCWHF, I oversaw all things digital: MARKETING + COMMUNICATIONS - Developed/oversaw the digital execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, web, and email, to increase brand awareness and drive revenue for all BCWHF initiatives, including report releases, brand awareness campaigns, events, fundraising activities, and cause marketing campaigns.SOCIAL MEDIA - Led the development and execution of rich, on-brand social media content across owned social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Managed the comprehensive social media content calendar.WEBSITE - Optimized and managed web properties: bcwomensfoundation.org and UnmaskGenderInequity.ca, and was point of contact for digital agencies when leading management and implementation of new features or websites.ANALYTICS - Compiled detailed digital analytics reports for a wide range of stakeholders (partners, internal teams, Board of Directors, etc.) that pinpointed opportunities for improvement, set benchmarks, showed YOY change, and pushed internal teams to reconsider how we can use analytics to track success.Key Successes: - Major contributor to the 2-year organization-wide rebrand project, including the creation and launch of a new digital ecosystem, alongside a lean team on tight deadlines.- Key part of the team responsible for launching the 'Unmasking Gender Inequity' campaign, garnering over 87,000 social media impressions, 9100+ microsite pageviews, and an earned media reach of 65M. The campaign received a Hashtag Award for Best Communications Campaign from Marketing News Canada, and honourable mention from Awwwards.com for the creativity and innovation of our first-ever, interactive microsite.- Significantly increased the Foundation’s social media reach by over 9200 followers (62%), including an increase of 5100 followers (177%) on Instagram.
