I am particularly passionate about workforce excellence from productivity analytics to employee value proposition and talent management.Over the last ~7 years, I have had the opportunity to own the P&L of the "Provider Performance Improvement" business unit within McKinsey's Healthcare Analytics Center of Excellence. Growing this business from a handful of colleagues into a ~100+ person global team, delivering ~$1Bn+ worth of EBITDA impact to 30+ clients annually, across 5 continents has strengthened my entrepreneurial drive and is one of my proudest accomplishments.
